BLT Services, Inc. started providing quality service in 2002.

Owner, Frank Serna, retired his services from the U.S. Army in 2004 as a Military Police Officer and working with the Psychological Operations Command out of Arden Hills, MN.

BLT Services, Inc. initially provided window and door installation to new home builders (Dr. Horton, Centex Homes, Pulte Homes, Khovnanian Homes, Rottlund Homes and more), which allowed BLT to grow within the state of MN. In 2005 BLT obtained its General Contracting License (BC594966) and expanded its services to the general public providing insurance restoration work.

Since, BLT Services, Inc. has grown to be known in the market. BLT has provided 1,000's of home restorations projects throughout the State.

BLT is excited to say, since 2010, BLT is well known that 90% of its work is referral based or repeat customers. A great accomplishment that not many can fall back on.
