Coronavirus Preparedness Update

  

We wanted to take a moment to share that BLT Services, Inc. remains committed to providing a consistent level of service and supporting the health and safety of our customers and employees alike. With that in mind, we have been closely monitoring the evolving coronavirus developments and have taken appropriate steps to prepare for and limit potential impacts to our employees, customers and operations. We have activated long-standing business continuity plans, which include following the appropriate guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). 

We are encouraging our staff and partners to follow social distancing practices, including asking many of our staff and partners use best practices when meeting potential customers.   This means you may hear more from us via phone and secure messages than in person for a while. 

We’ve also taken a number of other steps to help protect our staff, partners and customers, including: • Making hand sanitizer available in our office • Wiping down tables and chairs after each customer visit in office showroom and clean up rooms • Providing new pens for each signing and encouraging clients to keep the pens once the visit is completed • Providing separate meeting rooms, if available • Promoting best practices for personal hygiene and workplace cleanliness to staff and our customers • Directing any staff with symptoms of illness to stay home • Asking that non-essential parties refrain from attending any meetings with customers • Inform and ensure safe practices and distancing is performed at all customers homes and site locations. 

We hope you understand that these steps are intended to help protect the health of you, our employees and the communities in which we operate.
